WWE TLC Betting Odds for Every Match; Will These Predictions Become Reality?

The following odds are sourced from 5Dimes, which offers betting to players worldwide. Click here to visit Five Dimes.

The betting odds for this Sunday’s TLC PPV have been set overnight and the most favored of all is currently Asuka. This would be “The Empress’” debut on the RAW brand and she will be facing Emma. Asuka being a -1500 favorite(meaning it would take a successful bet on $1500 to win only $100) is no surprise as this match is expected to be nothing more than a showcase match.

In the main event, even though the newly reunited Shield is outnumbered in a 3 on 5 TLC match, the odds are currently in their favor at -530. If this projection ends up being true, it will still be interesting to see how exactly The Shield will pull off this victory with such a stacked opposition.

Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss is favored to retain against challenger Mickie James at a respectable -270, while Enzo Amore is projected by the narrow margin of -160 to dethrone Kalisto and win back the Cruiserweight Championship.

The bizarre match-up of “The Demon” vs “Sister Abigail” sees Finn Balor favored at -215 against Bray Wyatt. Other odds for matches on the card see Sasha Banks favored at -350 over Alicia Fox and the team of Kendrick and Gallagher slightly favored at -145 over Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann.

As usual, these odds will change and possibly flip in the opposite direction altogether. As for “smart money odds”, which are based on wagers made by insiders “in the know” of the finishes, they may not emerge yet again. Time will tell, but if the finishes are leaked, this usually happens on the day of the event.

Great Balls of Fire Predictions!

Its time for another round of PPV predictions! This time it’s for WWE’s Great Balls of Fire, which is going down in Dallas, TX at the American Airlines Center on July 9th… which also happens to be my birthday. Whether or not I will watch the PPV and cover it live is up in the air as of now, as I may just watch it later on the [clink id=”2″ target=”_blank”]WWE Network[/clink], but non the less, here are my predictions!

Universal Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe: I don’t care. Honestly this could be a death match and they could both be eaten alive by Braun Strowman, and I still would barely blink an eye. These are two of the most boring WWE personalities as of right now… Lesnar will hold onto the belt till SummerSlam at the very least.

Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman (Ambulance Match): While I like watching these two fight, the ambulance match stipulation is fucking stupid. It not a fun gimmicky match, its a predictable one. Now its hard for me to say who will win for sure, as you know WWE is trying to push Reigns, and folks are confused as to what his “tweener” status is… Is he a face, is he a heel? Who the fuck are we rooting for in this match? I think Reigns is capable of a lot more, but frankly the writing sucks, and creative has no idea how to use him. Strowman is a monster, I dig it. He’s scary, he has destroyed half the RAW roster, we totally get it… But to me this match and the Lesner/Joe match are both two similar dudes fighting each other. I’d have rather seen all these guys in a 4 way match, with the stipulation that kicks in the nuts are legal. Then maybe some bals would be on fire!

Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss vs. Sasha Banks: I hate Alexa Bliss, Not because of her character, but because she takes to social media to demean people who have done a lot more than she has in the business, and who if ever got the opportunity would kick the shit out of her. Shes a shitty person, so I hope Sasha Banks hands her her ass, and takes the belt away… Banks all the way,

Seth Rollins vs. Bray Wyatt: Meh… I feel like the writers on RAW just don’t give a fuck anymore. As much as I like Seth Rollins, I just don’t feel any excitement about this match. I am going with Rollins on this one.

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville vs. Akira Tozawa: Probably the most exciting match on the card, this should be the main event. Tozawa is on fire, and it would be nice to see a title change, not that I think Neville is a bad champ, actually I think he is great. I just think its time to see Tozawa shine.

Early WWE Extreme Rules Odds for UK Markets

Paddy Power makes bets available only to The UK and Ireland. The odds can still be followed but anyone in the world. To be notified of when the odds are available worldwide please subscribe to our e-mail list at the bottom of this article.

The betting odds for this Sunday’s Extreme Rules PPV have been posted by Paddy Power, a sports book available in Ireland and The UK. A possible title change is projected at this point but the lines often change. This becomes more dramatic when odds are offered to the global market later in the week.

Since these lines have been introduced, Samoa Joe has been heavily backed by gamblers to the point that the option to even place wagers on his was suspended for a period of time. Joe is now back as an option at 4/7, a 64% chance of winning. These are only the current odds and once the global markets open up, major shifting becomes more possible. With the rest of the projections, the only champions expected to lose is Dean Ambrose. The Lunatic Fringe is being challenged for his Intercontinental Championship by the Miz, who is favored at 4/7, or 64%.

Surprisingly, Alexa Bliss is favored to retain the Raw Women’s Championship with odds of 6/15, or 65%. What makes this so shocking is the fact that her opponent, Bayley never got much heat in this feud, losing at Payback and the night after on Raw to Bliss. This was followed by a month of Bliss getting the better of Bayley on almost every occasion.

Neville is projected to once again defeat Ausitn Aries. The Cruiserweight Champion is favored at 4/9, or 69%. The Hardys are 8/11 favorites to win and this convert to a 58% probability against Sheamus and Cesaro.

Understanding how to make sense of reading this odds is very simple. If the number on the left of the fraction is greater than the number on the right, this indicates an underdog. The opposite is true for the favorite. The percentages for probability appear to not add up to 100% in these matches and the reason for this is that they are based on the odds being offered. This could be for a number of reasons including “the vig” which is a fee or commission the books takes to remain profitable or that they are willing to offer better odds to entice wagers on bets that they do not believe will be successful anyway.

Universal Championship #1 Contenders Match

Samoa Joe 4/7 (64%)
Seth Rollins 5/1 (17%)
Finn Balor 9/2 (18%)
Bray Wyatt 7/1 (12%)
Roman Reigns 10/1 (9%)

Cruiserweight Championship
Neville(c) 4/9 (69%)
Austin Aries 7/5 (42%)

Intercontinental Champion
The Miz 4/7 (64%)
Dean Ambrose(c) 5/4 (44%)

RAW Women’s Championship
Alexa Bliss 8/15 (65%)
Bayley 11/8 (42%)

RAW Tag Team Championship
The Hardys 8/11 (58%)
Cesaro and Sheamus evens (50%)

RAW

Monday Night RAW 3/27/17

Its the last RAW before WRESTLEMANIA! So stoked… I catch my flight on Wednesday and am really looking forward to the trip.

The show kicks off with a promo by Bayley, which is interrupted by Charlotte, who is interrupted by Sasha Banks, then Nia Jaxx comes out to add her two sense. Have I told you all how much I love Nia, cause I do. She needs to take this belt on Sunday!!!
The promo turns into an impromptu fight, which is fine as they are scheduled for a tag match next on RAW.  We come back, Bayley and Sasha are teamed against Charlotte and Nia Jaxx. All I can think while watching this, is if they don’t put the belt on Nia, they are tripping. Bayley takes the pin with her Belly to Bayley on Charlotte. Nia Jaxx beats up Sasha and Bayley after the match, then attacks Charlotte for good measure. Overall this match was meh… I hope they really bring it at Mania.

We come back, and its Austin Aries vs Noam Dar with Alicia Foxx and Neville is on commentary. Gonna watch rather than write… Aries by submission. I love watching him wrestle, hence why I don’t write much when he does. Watch 205Live….

Seth Rollins hobbles out on his crutch, and limps his way to the ring. Yo bro.. you don’t lead with your injured leg up the steps… just saying. Time to sign his liability waiver/hold harmless agreement, which makes me ask, as independent contractors, don’t they always sign these?  HHH comes out and tells him to sit down in the chair, and he cannot attack him, or no Wrestlemania match, and after he signs it, nothing until then. He then goes on and on about whats in the contract… HHH says a one legged man has never won the ass kicking contest ever, which is dead wrong, as he clearly doesn’t remember employing Zack Gowan.  Seth finally gets the mic and keeps it really real. This is a decent promo, considering I hate long promos. Of course HHH attacks Rollins right after the agreement is signed… They fight back and forth, Rollins tosses HHH to the floor, when HHH tries to re-enter the ring, Rollins hit him with the crutch.

The Big Show vs Jinder Mahal in an over the top rope challenge, Mahal is tossed out immediately. Bo Dallas comes out next, and is tossed out, then out comes The Shining Stars, 2 on 1, they are both tossed out by TBS net is Golddust, Curtis Axl ad R Truth, and everyone else jumps back in to try to throw TBS out. TBS comes back and lays out everyone. Then Braun Strowman’s music hits. He says if he wanted to he would go down and Kick TBS’s ass right now, he does what he wants so we have to wait till Wrestlemania.

Neville vs Jack Gallagher another match I rather watch then write about…. I enjoy watching these guys a lot, and Gallagher has just the right amount of comedy shtick for me. That umbrella spot. Neville wins by submission. Really looking forward to the CW championship match at mania. It may be MOTN.

Roman Reigns comes out, gets boo’s hard. (its Philly, and he’s come to talk about beating the Undertaker) He talks for a bit… then there is this voice over on the titantron with a graveyard, but it doesn’t sound like the Undertaker, it sounds like Kermit the Frog. Why does the Undertaker sound like Kermit the frog? And of course the arena goes dark and Taker is suddenly in the ring, and now sounds like Rolph the dog. Is he secretly moonlighting as a muppet? Whats wrong with his voice? Please retire Taker. Please. I don’t want to remember you a sad crippled old man like Rick Flair.

Enzo and Big Cass vs Gallows and Anderson but Cesaro and Sheamus come out and beat Gallows and Anderson with a ladder before they can get to the ring, as payback for a backstage attack earlier. All the men are now in the ring, with the ladder… its a clusterfuck. Gallows and Anderson get control of the ladder and lay everyone out.

Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn in a no DQ match, if Zayn loses to Owens he is out of Wrestlemania and a job from what it sounds like. Zayn holds up well to the abuse Owens puts him through. Both men are down and Samoa Joe comes, out, followed by Chris Jericho. who cracks Joe with a chair. Zayn rolls up Owens while he is distracted by Jericho at ringside, then Owens begins to pound on Zayn again, and Jericho comes in and beats Owens with a chair, then cuts a promo on him.

Paul Heyman comes out with Brock Lesner to hype up the Main Event at Wrestlemania vs Goldberg… Honestly this match is the one I could care the least about. But I do like listening to Heyman talk. After a good 5 minute promo, Goldberg makes his way to the ring, and Lesner goes for him, but Goldberg spears him, and takes him out.
