WWE TLC 2018 Predictions

WWE Champion Daniel Bryan vs. AJ Styles – potentially the MOTN if they let these guys do what they do. DB will retain.

Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose – New Champ? I think Ambrose may take home the win here.

Braun Strowman vs. Baron Corbin (Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match) – will any tables be left in the building after this one? Probably not. My money is on Strowman.

Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey vs. Nia Jax – Nia Jax will cheat her way to victory!

SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka (Triple Threat TLC Match) – Asuka will take advantage of the hatred that Becky and Chatlotte have for each other. We may see a title change if she plots accordingly.

The Bar vs. The New Day vs. The Usos (SmackDown Tag Team Title Triple Threat Match) – this match is going to be AWESOME! I am hoping The Bar get the titles back.

Natalya vs. Ruby Riott (Tables Match) – oh the brutality. I have Riott on this one only because you know there will be interference.

Finn Bálor vs. Drew McIntyre – Unleash the demon and lets do away woth McIntyre once and for all

Elias vs. Bobby Lashley (Ladder Match) – poor Elias… he has no idea what he has gotten into. Bobby Lashley will take this one.

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy vs. Cedric Alexander – I have faith Cedric and get his belt back!

R-Truth & Carmella vs. Jinder Mahal & Alicia Fox (Finals of MMC Season 2) – R Truth and Carmella are going to kill it tonight

Rey Mysterio vs. Randy Orton (Chairs Match) Mysterio!!!

Two Potential Title Changes Projected via Vegas Odds on WWE TLC 2018

These odds are courtesy of 5Dimes, a sports book accepting customers worldwide.

Betting Odds are now available in the Global Market for This Sunday’s WWE TLC on the WWE Network. As usual, Ronda Rousey has the best projection of winning compared to anyone else on the card with odds of -750 to successfully retain the Raw Women’s Championship. Another heavily favored performer is Drew McIntyre with odds of -475 of defeating Finn Balor.

While Daniel Bryan is favored to successfully retain the WWE Championship against former champion AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose is a -160 favorite to attain victory against Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins, although a DQ or Count Out would still prevent that title from changing hands.

With multi-person matches, including Triple Threat Matches, all participants often have “underdog odds” due to the added competitor(s) decreasing the probability of all involved, although some are more favored than others. This is the case in two title matches on the PPV, with Asuka having the most favorable odds at +120 against Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair. Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Bar(Sheamus and Cesaro) have the best odds of all three teams at +110 defending against The New Day and The Usos.

In a TLC Match, Braun Strowman has convincing odds of -320 to overcome Baron Corbin, while Bobby Lashley is a -155 favorite to beat Elias. All matches are graded by “Final Decision”/”End of Broadcast” grading to account for a match being restarted via “Dusty Finish”. All with a minus signs are the favorites and plus signs are underdogs. These odds will change leading up to and even during to the event, may flip altogether and can be followed in real time.

Emma tries getting Asuka in an arm lock but Asuka fights back and gets out of it. More real quick back and forth reverses and a quick pin and kick out on Askuka. Emma hangs Asuka by her legs in the corner and lifts her kicking and kneeing her in the back, then goes outside the ring, bending her backward and dropping her on her head in the corner, then gives her a ground spear into the shoulder, two pins by Emma on Asuka for the kick out. Emma is laying into Asuka, gets her in a submission, but she fights out and gets angrier and angrier. Asuka rolls Emma up gets a 2 count pin, hits Emma with a sliding knee strike right after but then both women are down, Asuka and Emma get up at the same time but Asuka is on fire, hits a huge missile dropkick on Emma, She continues to kick Emma, but Emma reverses, and gets a 2 count pin attempt on Asuka. Asuka goes to grab Emma back to the ring but gets flipped to the outside. Emma rolls Asuka back in but gets caught with a spinning kick and Asuka gets the Asuka-lock in and beats Emma by submission. What a match!

Oooooh surprise set by my new favorite musician Elias Sampson. His set has ladders and chairs hanging above him. He asks for silence and begins to play but Jason Jordan comes out and starts throwing produce at him from a shopping cart… Elias is too flustered to continue his set. Boooooo

The Brian Kendrick & Gentleman Jack Gallagher vs Cedric Alexander & Rich Swann: Swann and Kendrick start it off. Kendrick immediately takes over, beating on Swann, but Swann reverses on a headlock takeover and follows Kendrick into the corner but Gallagher tags in, and takes over, Swanna reverses, and more back and forth, Cedric Alexander tags in, and takes over, so much going on its hard to follow. Bodies flying everywhere!! Almost everyone is outside except Alexander who flips onto the rest of the guys. Back in the ring, Swann and Alexander are working over Kendrick and get a 2 count on him. Gallagher creates a distraction and Kendrick takes both men out, then tags Gallagher in. Gallagher and Swann are the legal men, Gallagher uses a sweet cravat on Swann, Swann tries to fight out but fails, Kendrick gets tagged back in and takes over with a big butterfly suplex on Swann for a 2 count pin attempt. Kendrick continues to lay into Swann kicking him and keeping him far from Alexander so he cannot tag out. Kendrick tags Gallagher back in, and he continues the assault on Swann in their corner. Swann is being worn down in their corner, and Kendrick goes to hit Swanna in the corner but Swann tosses him out and gets the tag on Alexander. Alexander his some crazy handspring back heel kick on Gallagher for a 3 count. Alexander is on fire, flying arm off the top rope, another pin on Gallagher but Kendrick pulls him off and out of the ring,.Kendrick tags in Alexander and Kendrick in back and forth and Kendrick gets Alexander in a submission hold, but Swann splashes on top of him, Gallagher gets in the ring, gets headbutted by Swann, they fall out, Alexander hits his finisher on Kendrick for the pin.

Raw Women’s Championship Match
Alexa Bliss (c) vs Mickie James: They lock up and go back and forth with some chain wrestling. James gets the first pin attempt for a 2 count. They go back and forth a bit and Bliss gets James in a wrist lock but James fights out and gets another 2 count on Bliss. More back and forth and Bliss works James arms over the ropes for a bit and gets a 2 count on James. Bliss continues to work Jameses arm and hits her with a variety of moves. She kicks James in the back then gets her arm in a lock behind her head, but James fights out and reverses, but Bliss continues to hold onto that arm. James keeps fighting out and forearms Bliss in the face, but Bliss takes her down again and tries to pin her 3 times, to no avail. She then throws a tantrum and stomps James, then works her arm a little more. James crawls to the corner and cuts off Bliss. She catches Bliss with some elbows, then sends her flying out of the corner, Bliss cuts her off with a slap, they go back and forth slap for slap, then it turns into a fight, James and Bliss kick each other in the face, and both women are down. Ref is counting… Bliss stirs first, James begins to get up, they continue to go punch for punch from their knees, and James bounces Bliss’s head off the mat. Bliss hits James in the throat, James kicks her in the face, Bliss is down, James drags her to the center, for a one count. Bliss sends James into the turnbuckle, hits James with a DDT and retains the Women’s Championship. Boooo.

Yay Elias is back to try to sing for us again. The audience clearly doesn’t understand his musical genius. He say’s he’s going to sing a song that will change our lives. The crowd boo’s he needs to start over, he does, the crowd continues to boo, they boo louder than he can sing. He says he can’t hear himself, so they cheer. He asks they hold their applause till after, they continue to try to scream and boo over him. He tries to start again and again, but this disrespectful crowd won’t let him and Jason Jordan comes back with his cart of produce and starts pelting Sampson again. Elias Sampson gets no respect.

WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match
Kalisto (c) vs Enzo Amore: Kalisto is ready to go, Amore is running away right off the bat. Starts off with some chaining and some cheating by Amore with a finger to the eye of Kalistop. Enzo dances then runs away, they get back in the ring, head scissors takedown by Kalisto. Amore out of the ring again and again, Kalisto launches out and takes him out. Kalisto tries to get Amore back in the ring but Amore counters for a 2 count pin. Kalisto lands on his chin, so Amore starts working him with a chin lock then submission pinning his face, then a forearm to Kalistos back. He then kicks Kalisto in the ribs. Amore goes to the top, then just jumps down Kalistop rolls through and gives Amore a Listo Kick. Both men fight to their feet, Kalisto gets their first but Amore cuts him off and gets a 2 count. Amore hits Kalisto with a right hand, 2 count pin attempt. Kalisto fights back up as does Amore, Kalisto hits another Listo Kick gets a move off the top and a 2 count on Amore. Amore counters Kalisto into the turnbuckle then hits him with the DDG,  for a 2 count. Both men try to get one up on each other more counters, Amore is crawling away, pokes Kalisto in the face, and manages to get the pin on Kalisto to become the new Cruiserweight Champion.

AJ Styles vs “The Demon” Finn Bálor: Don’t expect much if any commentary, I am 100% into watching this match… lol The crowd is chanting “THIS IS AWESOME” before the match even starts. This match is a clinic. THIS IS THE WAY WRESTLING SHOULD BE.  If you are missing this match your life sucks, just saying. This match is so good it’s unreal. So many kickouts. “The Demon” Finn Bálor wins after hitting the Coup de Grace for the 3 count. That was MOTN if not MOTY. Holy shit, I am going to watch that like 10 more times.

Elias Sampson vs Jason Jordan: Another match I want to watch, and distraction of friends…These two move well for big guys. Sampson is not taking any shit from Jordan. These guys go back and forth quite a bit both handing out quite a bit of abuse, catching back up, Sampson tosses Jordan, goes for the pin, but Jordan rolls him into a small package for the win.

5 on 3 Tables Ladders and Chairs Clusterfuck
Kurt Angle, Deanol Ambrose & Seth Rollins vs The Miz, Cesaro & Sheamus, Braun Strowman and Kane: Seriously why… Rollins, Ambrose, and Angle enter through the crowd.  Ambrose, Rollins, and Angle all grab chairs to start it off. Don’t expect a full run down its a clusterfuck. Overall this is way more entertaining than I expected, but far from good. Just entertaining. I love Braun Strowman. Strowman put Angle through a table, Angles getting walked out, Rollins and Ambrose got beat silly with chairs. Angle can’t walk and has “passed out” at ringside. Rollins and Ambrose continue to get abused while they slowly walk Angle up the ramp. At this point, it’s just 5 on two beat down… All of a sudden Ambrose and Rollins start fighting back, then Strowman accidentally hits Kane with a chair, then they start fighting, then they all fight again, then they put a table up to put Ambrose through, the table doesnt break just the leg does sto the prop it up in the corner and Strowman tossed  Rollins through it. They go up the ramp to all the tables and chairs piled at the top, and Miz has a garbage truck back into the arena. The 5 men go to through Ambrose and Rollins into the truck and do, but they fight back, and climb on top of the truck, then launch at the other 5 men. Ambrose and Rollinschase the Miz, beat him with a chair, then take him back to the tables on the ramp. Kane comes out of nowhere to save The Miz, but Rollins and Ambrose fight back. Strowman then attacks them as they go to throw Kane through a table. Kane and Strowman then start brawling, and Kane choke slammed Strowman through the stage. Kane then goes above the pit Strowman is in and rips the chairs that are hanging down so they fall on Strowman. Strowman is pushing the chairs aside and trying to get up under a pile of 10 to 15 of them but is losing steam. Ambrose and Rollins attack Kane, and then the Miz attacks them but gets cut off, Kane double chokeslams Ambrose and Rollins through a set of tables. Sheamus and Ceasaro are back up, and carry Ambrose and Rollins back to the garbage truck, Strowman has finally gotten up, and is heading towards The Miz, Strowman takes out The Miz, Sheamus, and Cesaro then goes after Kane. Cesaro and Sheamus try to save Kane, the whole team turns on Strowman, forgetting their actual opponents. They put strowman in the truck and close it, compacting Strowman into the trash. The truck drives away. Cesaro and Sheamus drag Rollins back to the ring, the four men left Ambrose behind. Ambrose crawls down the ramp. Its 4 on one with Rollins in the ring, Miz hits him with a DDT then Desaro and Sheamus hit him with a double team, Ambrose gets in to attack Kane, and gets beat down, Kane goes to finish Ambrose, and Angle comes back out to his music. Angle Slips Cesaro and Shamus then gives them both suplexes, then goes after the miz and Kane. Kane counters and Ambrose cuts him off with a chair, Ambrose and Rollins beat Kane with chairs, then double spear him through the barricade. Miz hits the Skull Crushing Finale on Angle but Angle kicks out. Angle gets the Angle lock on The Miz, but The Miz gets out, Angle falls hard but did some damage to The Miz. Ambrose, Rollins, and Angle are now stalking The Miz. All 3 hit their finisher on The Miz, they hit the Triple Powerbomb on The Miz for the win.

Overall the show was hella entertaining despite my earlier complaints. Seriously I think the Styles Balor match may be the WWE MOTY. I am looking forward to seeing what goes down on RAW tomorrow!

WWE TLC 2017 Predictions!

It’s that time again! I am writing up my predictions for WWE TLC 2017 and hope I can keep up my momentum in being fairly accurate. What I didn’t see coming was 3 superstars falling ill, and I hope they recover soon! I do have to say it was heartbreaking for all those Sheild fans stoked about the reunion.

So here goes:

Sasha Banks vs. Alicia Fox (Kickoff Match) – Alicia Fox makes a good point that she has been around for a long time, yet rarely gets a good shot. I think this will be a fun match to watch. I also think Alicia Fox has experience and is a huge cheater so there is a good chance she will win this match.

Drew Gulak to present a WWE Cruiserweight Championship Edition of his PowerPoint Presentation (WWE TLC Kickoff)  This sounds so… exciting?

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Kalisto vs. Enzo Amore – I think the WWE universe has turned on Enzo Amore 100%. You would have thought the end of his partnership with Big Cass would have left him the one people felt sorry for, but in light of all the media surrounding him acting like an ass in real life, really makes you wonder if his newest incarnation isn’t his most real. I think Kalisto is great, and a good fit for the cruiserweight champion. I think he will retain his title, but I also think there is a potential from interference from other competitors vying for a shot at the Championship.

Asuka vs. Emma – All I can say is poor Emma. Like a lamb to the slaughter, she has no idea what she “won” when she beat 4 other women to get the opportunity to be the first to wrestle Asuka in her main roster debut. Asuka is going to destroy like 80% of the WWE women’s division. Sorry, Emma, you ain’t got a chance.

Cedric Alexander & Rich Swann vs. Gentleman Jack Gallagher & The Brian Kendrick- This match is going to be awesome. I am so looking forward to this. I think Gallagher and Kendrick will take the win.

Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss vs. Mickie James – I really hope Mickie James hands Alexa Bliss her ass. Honestly, her bratty girl wanna be Harley Quinn gimmick is played out, and not all that original. While Bliss is ok in the ring, she sucks at cutting promo’s and it’s almost as painful to listen to her speak as it was when WWECW hired Kelly Kelly. I hope Mickie James walks away with the title. She deserves it.

“The Demon” Finn Bálor vs. AJ Styles – Bray Wyatt getting sick was the best thing that happened to this PPV. This will easily be MOTN. They should just make it the main event at this point. I think the Demon may just run right over AJ Styles.

Kurt Angle & Raw Tag Team Champions Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins vs. Intercontinental Champion The Miz, Cesaro, Sheamus, Braun Strowman & Kane
(5-on-3 Handicap Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match)
This looks practically unwatchable. NO on so many levels.
1. No one wants to see Kane in this match. Go run your political campaign.
2. Why the fuck would Kurt Angle risk himself wrestling again in any match, let alone this BS.
3. Why not Jason Jordan with Ambrose and Rollins vs The Miz and The Bar, with Strowman as guest referee?

So this match will probably just be hella crazy, hard to follow, and Strowman is gonna kill everyone. It doesn’t matter who wins. The audience members are the real losers here.

Overall I am really disappointed that there is only ONE TLC MATCH. I am also disappointed WWE turned the main event into some clusterfuck no one really cares about. I just hope no one gets hurt. You can watch live from home on the WWE Network, and remember betting is open until the bell of each match, you can check out the latest lines here!

How Did The Addition of Kurt Angle and AJ Styles Change WWE TLC Odds?

The following odds are sourced from 5Dimes, which offers betting to players worldwide. Click here to visit Five Dimes.

With illness striking the WWE roster leading to major changes in key matches for TLC on the WWE Network, sportsbooks have scrambled to get new odds out to reflect the shuffling. Kurt Angle replacing Roman Reigns in the 3 on 5 TLC match still has the 3 man team as the favorite, but less so than when Roman was in the match. Yesterday The Shield was favored at -530, but now the new team is only at -380. To put this in perspective, Asuka, who was favored at an impressive -1500 is now even more heavily favored at -2750.

Bray Wyatt has been replaced by AJ Styles against Finn Balor, and the change of opponent didn’t effect the odds very much. Before the change Finn was favored at -215 and this dropped marginally to -210. The only other shift worth noting is that the team of Cedric Alexander and Rich Swann are now favored in their match against Jack Gallagher and The Brian Kendrick. This match was very close to begin with and now both are listed as underdogs, which is not uncommon when the sportsbooks can’t call it, so right now it’s a “pick em’”.

WWE TLC 2016 Betting Odds

WWE TLC 2016 Betting Odds Set!

Tables, Ladders and Chairs, Oh My…

WWE TLC is this Sunday on the WWE Network featuring the roster of the Smackdown Brand. The markets for the wagering have opened up and can be followed at 5Dimes.

In the main event for the WWE Championship AJ Styles defends against Dean Ambrose in a TLC match. This feud has been or ordeal for both men and Styles is heavily favored to retain at -900 giving him a 90% chance of winning. His title reign has been both successful and well received and it appears a lengthy, prosperous in in AJ’s future. The only chance Ambrose has here is the “James Ellsworth Factor” which admittedly is a very real possibility.

In a ladder match for the Intercontinental Title, Dolph Ziggler challenges IC Champ The Miz continuing their feud of the year nominated series. The odds are close here with Miz favored at -190 and Dolph as a slight underdog at +150. The match itself could be an absolute show stealer with the quality of matches between these two as of recent being considered their best work ever.

Women’s Tables Match and Wyatt Family Favored

In a tables match for the Smackdown Women’s Championship, Becky Lynch defends against Alexa Bliss. Lynch is considerably favored to win the match at -260. Becky is on a roll at the moment and it’s best for the entire women’s division that it stays that way. The division is on Becky’s back for now and she is handling the pressure as Bliss and Carmella continue to improve and grow into their roles on the main roster. Nikki Bella is also reestablishing herself since returning from major injuries.

Heath Slater and Rhyno, the Tag Team Champions, are set to defend against The Wyatt Family. The Wyatts are favored to win the match at -600, so they are strongly favored to win. It is not realistic for Heath and Rhyno to remain champions for much longer and it’s time for The Wyatts to have a purpose as opposed to rudderless direction.

Nikki Bella and Carmella on No DQ Match, Baron Corbin Targets Kalisto

In a No DQ Match, Nikki Bella is the favorite at -145 against Carmella at +105. Bella’s return is going well and she needs to continue stacking up big wins, but with Carmella doing well in promos and stepping it up in the ring, it’s difficult to argue she’s not ready to be elevated right now. Really difficult to make a solid call on this one. Carmella has a serious chance here.

Baron Corbin continues his crusade against smaller competitors with Kalisto is the cross hairs this time around. Corbin is favored at -400, is a star on the rise since being drafted to Smackdown, and Kalisto winning has no upside. Corbin is going to be star and should keep his focus in this match because he cannot afford make careless mistakes with opportunity at his doorstep.

These lines changing constantly and can be followed at 5Dimes where registering for the sports book requires no credit card or obligation to place wagers.
